FANNIE LOU HAMER PRE LAW SOCIETY MISSION STATEMENT
The Fannie Lou Hamer Pre-Law Society, named for the civil rights activist, is designed to help students pursue careers in law and to promote issues of social justice on campus and in the community. It regularly hosts recruiters from law schools and JSU alumni in law school and the legal field. It also sponsors an annual trip to a LSAC Law School Open House in the southeast. The Hamer Pre-Law Society is open to any Jackson State student regardless of major.
