Pre-Law speaking to high school students

When it pertains to college or the legal avenue, the pre-law society becomes very instrumental on giving great insight to the incoming freshman, and upperclassman during the fall. Also, we lead an outstanding helping hand to those that have a passion towards the law, and a very strong interest on going to law school after graduation.

Moot Court COMPETITION

Each year the pre-law soceity will host a moot court competition on the appellate level in which members within the society will be divided into two groups to do legal research, and to come up with their very own personal statements that will be presented on the day of the competition in front of real practing attorney's that will be there to judge, and crtiuque your arguments.

Pre-Law Conference

Each year the pre-law society will travel across the country to many different cities such as Houston, Atlanta, and Chicago just to name a few. However, during these conferences you be able to network with admission officer's from every law across the country, and see what each law school has to offer. Not only do we speak to to law school admission officers, we also network with attorney's, and judges across the greater city of Jackson.
